Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Fieldcraft Airguns. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return most products for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in as-new condition, and still in its original packaging. If you change your mind before we’ve shipped your order, just let us know and we’ll issue a full refund straight away — no hassle. For returns that reach us outside the 14-day window, we may apply a small 20% restocking fee to help cover our costs.

When returning an airgun, please use 48-hour Parcel Force, as airguns are classed as dangerous goods and aren’t covered by standard postal services. If that’s difficult for you, get in touch — we can often arrange a collection using our own drivers for a modest fee. We simply ask that non-faulty items come back to us in saleable condition with all original packaging, so we can offer them to another customer. A few items can’t be returned unless faulty — such as special orders, made-to-order products, and personal use or hygiene items. If you’re unsure, just ask us before ordering.

To start a return, please call or email us to get a returns authorisation. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll cover the standard return shipping cost via tracked post or courier. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 working days. For non-faulty returns, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
